WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED.

If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or otherwise encounters an issue while in the possession of the shipping carrier, you may need to contact the applicable shipping courier directly for assistance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

LOOT is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
